The Ben and His Wife Pamella Travel to Bali for Music Video Shoot
Rwandan artist The Ben, accompanied by his wife Uwicyeza Pamella, has traveled to Bali, Indonesia, where he plans to shoot at least two new music videos The singer, who arrived in Bali on October 8, 2025, was joined by Director Gad, who will handle the production of the upcoming visuals.
The Ben confirmed that the trip is purely for creative work. “Yes, I’m here in Bali,” he said. “I’m planning to shoot at least two music projects while I’m here.”
This marks The Ben’s return to active music production after a nine-month break without releasing new songs. The Bali trip comes as he also prepares for his much-anticipated concert, “The New Year Groove,” which will take place for the second time at BK Arena in Kigali.
Besides work, the trip doubles as a short getaway for The Ben and Pamella, who recently welcomed their first child in Belgium and hosted close friends to introduce their baby.
The island of Bali, where the videos will be filmed, is one of Indonesia’s most popular tourist destinations admired for its stunning beaches, tropical scenery, waterfalls, exquisite cuisine, warm hospitality, and world-class resorts.
Covering an area of about 5,780 square kilometers, Bali attracts millions of visitors each year. Statistics from the island’s tourism board show that in 2024, Bali received over 16 million tourists, including more than six million international visitors.
For Rwandans planning to visit Bali, entry requires a visa. Travelers staying less than 30 days can obtain a visa on arrival, while those planning longer stays must apply for it in advance.
