DJ Brianne Issues Apology After Video of Offensive Outburst Goes Viral
Popular Rwandan DJ Brianne has publicly apologized after a video emerged online showing her using abusive language during a heated confrontation in Kampala, Uganda.
In a statement posted on her social media accounts, Brianne admitted her mistake and expressed remorse, saying she lost her temper after a man allegedly harassed her friend. “I feel ashamed and embarrassed. Please forgive me,” she wrote.
Brianne’s longtime friend, Mutesi Sharon widely known as Tesha also issued an apology, explaining that the altercation escalated after she first exchanged words with the man, prompting Brianne to step in.
The apology followed hours after the video began spreading rapidly on social media, sparking debate among fans and the entertainment community.
At the time of the incident, Brianne and Tesha were in Kampala, where she had performed at Paradigm Kampala on September 26, 2025. The event featured several artists, including Sheilah Gashumba and DJ Alisha.
