Zeotrap to Open Music Studio That Will Also Sell His Clothing Brands
Rwandan rapper Zeotrap is in the process of opening his own music studio, which will also serve as a retail space for his clothing lines, Kavu Music and Visit Nyamirambo, both of which he currently sells online.
the rapper confirmed that construction of the studio is already underway and that his clothing brands are performing well through online sales. “The clothing business has really helped me in my daily life,” Zeotrap said. “People love my designs, and sales are going strong. Since music doesn’t always bring constant income like when I’m not releasing new songs or performing live I focus on managing my clothing line.”
While he says balancing both business and music has been rewarding, Zeotrap admits that it is also demanding, as it requires his daily attention despite his artistic commitments.
The rapper, who has been running his online clothing business for some time, revealed that his upcoming studio will double as a music and fashion hub. “I’ve been building my own studio for a while now,” he explained. “There are still a few things I’m finalizing because it’s quite expensive, but if everything goes well, I plan to finish it by December 2025. Once it’s ready, I’ll also include a section where people can buy my clothes alongside the music.”
Zeotrap, one of the most prominent rappers in Rwanda’s current hip-hop scene, runs his Kavu Music label, which also supports his younger brothers in their musical careers. His Visit Nyamirambo brand pays homage to his hometown, a vibrant Kigali neighborhood known for its strong cultural identity.
