RDF Chief concludes advanced infantry training
The Chief of Defence Staff of the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF), Gen. MK Mubarakh, presided over the closing ceremony of brigade-level military training held at the Gabiro Military Training Centre.
The brigade had spent five months and one week undergoing the Advanced Infantry Course.
In his remarks, Gen. Mubarakh congratulated the soldiers who completed the training, highlighting the critical role such courses play in preparing troops to defend the country’s sovereignty and respond to security threats.
He noted that, beyond military skills, the training further strengthened the discipline that characterises the RDF—an essential pillar that instils the Force’s values, professionalism and effective execution of duties.
The Chief of Defence Staff urged the troops to apply the knowledge and discipline they demonstrated during training as they carry out their responsibilities.
