Rapper Ish Kevin was abruptly forced offstage at Davido’s concert in BK Arena after a technical shutdown occurred just as he stepped up to support fellow artist Logan Joe. The incident unfolded so quickly that Ish Kevin did not get a chance to say a single word to fans before being escorted off due to time pressure from the event organizers.

The disruption began as Logan Joe neared the end of his performance slot. After performing several songs, he introduced one of his collaborations with Ish Kevin prompting the rapper to join him on stage for what was expected to be a joint performance.

However, as soon as Ish Kevin reached the stage, the event’s hosts intervened prematurely, cutting him off and launching into a closing message for Logan Joe. Logan Joe attempted to continue singing, resulting in a confusing overlap of voices that left the audience unsure of what was happening.

In an unexpected move, the sound engineers decided to shut down all equipment including microphones and stage lighting effectively signaling that Logan Joe and Ish Kevin had to vacate the stage immediately.

Despite the mishap, Logan Joe had delivered a strong performance overall. The thousands of fans inside BK Arena were visibly engaged, with many singing along to several of his tracks throughout his set.

Logan Joe had taken the stage after Kid From Kigali and was quickly ushered off to make room for Ariel Wayz, who was followed by Juno Kizigenza. Kitoko performed next, then Riderman, before Davido closed the night.

Other acts featured during the concert included DJs such as Marnaud, Toxxyk, and Alisha, as well as dancers, including Divine Uwa and her troupe.
