T-Pain Partners with Crocs to Launch Iconic “Boots with the Fur” Collection
T-Pain is taking his legendary lyric to a whole new level. The 41-year-old rapper and singer has teamed up with Crocs to release the brand’s first-ever boots collection and yes, they come “with the fur.”
Part of Crocs’ annual Croctober Collection, the collaboration introduces the “Unfurgettable Leopard Knee High Boots,” a playful nod to T-Pain’s iconic line from Flo Rida’s 2008 smash hit “Low.” The brand describes the new design as its “tallest silhouette ever,” standing at an impressive 35.4 inches.
According to a statement from Crocs, the limited-edition boots feature plush, vegan leopard-print faux fur, embellished with 17 Jibbitz charms, chains, and other stylish details that celebrate individuality and self-expression. “This limited-edition statement piece features plush, vegan leopard-print fur and is adorned with 17 Jibbitz charms, chains and embellishments that embody self-expression,” Crocs said in its release.
In the official campaign, T-Pain is seen rocking a vibrant layered look red and blue button-down shirts under a crisp white jacket while holding up the leopard-print boots covered in Crocs’ signature customizable charms.
The Unfurgettable Leopard Knee High Boots will officially drop on October 23, giving fans a chance to own their very own “boots with the fur.”
Carly Gomez, Crocs’ Chief Marketing Officer, shared the excitement behind the collaboration: “Croctober is our love letter to the fans,” Gomez said. “They’ve always been the heartbeat of our brand, and this year, we’re celebrating their creativity, individuality, and boldness in ways they’ve only dreamed of.”
This campaign follows months after T-Pain went viral for humorously responding to internet jokes about his finances. In a now-famous clip, the rapper gave fans a luxurious tour of a yacht he was vacationing on complete with marble statues, skylights, a jacuzzi, and a full bar. “I guess I’m broke. Anyways, here’s the yacht I’m staying on,” he captioned the video, poking fun at the rumors.
With his latest Crocs collaboration, T-Pain once again proves he knows how to mix humor, nostalgia, and bold creativity turning a 2000s lyric into a fashion statement fans won’t soon forget.
