Organizers Warn Fans Against Buying Unauthorized Tickets for Richard Ngendahayo’s Concert
Organizers of Richard Ngendahayo’s upcoming concert have warned fans to avoid purchasing tickets from unofficial sources, emphasizing that doing so could result in invalid entry.
During a media briefing, Haguma Natacha, part of the team inviting Richard Ngendahayo, confirmed that there have been cases where individuals bought tickets from third parties claiming to sell them, only to discover upon arrival that the tickets were already used or invalid.
She explained: “We have information that some people buy tickets, claim they are reselling them, but then use them themselves. When the buyer arrives, they are told the ticket was already used by the original holder.”
Haguma added that such incidents are often overlooked by companies selling tickets or concert organizers, leading to confusion and disappointment for fans who unknowingly purchase invalid tickets.
She urged fans to only buy tickets through authorized channels, emphasizing that all official sales points are publicly announced. Fans are also encouraged to purchase tickets early, as they may sell out quickly.
The concert, titled “Niwe Healing Concert”, is scheduled to take place at BK Arena on 29 November 2025.
This marks Richard Ngendahayo’s first performance in Rwanda since 2008, after spending 17 years in the United States.
During the briefing, Richard Ngendahayo himself addressed his fans, promising an unforgettable show and urging them to buy tickets early to ensure full participation.
