Chryso Ndasingwa and Gatete Sharon Tie the Knot in a Private Ceremony
Rwandan gospel artist Chryso Ndasingwa and Gatete Sharon have officially tied the knot in a private wedding ceremony held on October 17, 2025.
According to photos and posts shared by a few invited guests on social media, all key events including the traditional ceremony (gusaba no gukwa), church vows, and the reception took place on the same day.
The wedding date had originally been set for November 22, 2025, but was unexpectedly moved forward.
The couple’s journey to marriage began earlier this year. On June 25, 2025, Ndasingwa proposed to Sharon, just days after the gufata irembo ceremony, which took place on June 22, 2025. They later held their civil wedding on September 4, 2025, and were officially presented to their church congregation at New Life Bible Church Kicukiro on June 29, 2025.
Chryso and Sharon revealed that their relationship has been built on nearly a decade of friendship they first met in 2015 and began dating in 2024.
Following their wedding, the newlyweds are expected to begin preparations for their upcoming performance in Belgium scheduled for November 21, 2025.
