The Ben Visits Rwanda’s Embassy in the Netherlands After Stop in the UK
Rwandan music star Mugisha Benjamin, popularly known as The Ben, paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of Rwanda in the Netherlands, where he was warmly received by Ambassador Lambert Dushimimana.
In photos and videos shared on his social media platforms, The Ben expressed deep appreciation to the Ambassador for his hospitality and support, saying he felt inspired by the strong bond between Rwandans abroad and their leaders. “Please receive my heartfelt thanks for all the love and support you’ve shown us,” The Ben said. “Remember the promise we’re doing it again, and again.”
The visit comes just days after The Ben stopped by the Rwandan Embassy in the United Kingdom, where he met Ambassador Johnston Busingye and presented him with a special gift. Upon his arrival in London, The Ben was also gifted an Arsenal jersey, an experience he proudly shared with his fans online.
Before traveling to the Netherlands, the “Vazi” hitmaker had performed at a charity concert held in Amsterdam to celebrate Uganda’s 63rd Independence anniversary, where he shared the stage with Ugandan songstress Cindy Sanyu.
The Ben continues to make his presence felt across Europe, not only through his music but also by connecting with Rwandan communities and strengthening cultural ties abroad.
